Curious gave this famous five star hotel the full Hotel du Vin treatment, following its acquisition.  The £2 million transformation runs across a collection of five, glorious, knocked through terraced villas in line with Du Vin’s portfolio of quirky conversions. Our greatest challenge was maintaining the luxurious residential feel that made One Devonshire famous, whilst introducing the more contemporary style of the Hotel du Vin brand.

The hotel now boasts a total of 49 bedrooms and suites that remains sympathetic to the charm and elegant character for which One Devonshire Gardens is internationally renowned. Further additions include a brand new bar with perhaps the greatest concession to modernity being the luxurious new spa in House 5. One Devonshire Gardens is a Hotel du Vin – with a little bit more.

The National Corporation for Tourism & Hotels in Abu Dhabi has an agreement with New York’s famous Maccioni Restaurant Group for the regional licensing rights of their restaurant brands Le Cirque and Circo. The first venture was to introduce a new Circo restaurant within the Intercontinental Hotel in Abu Dhabi. The Client brief was to design a restaurant that emanates the essence of the Circo brand – upscale Italian cuisine influenced by the Tuscan region and served in a lively, sophisticated setting reminiscent of the old-style European circus tents which inspired the restaurant’s name. Delighted with our design interpretation and positive comments received from partners and guests, we have since been awarded the contract to design a new Le Cirque in Dubai.

The Bull & The Hide is a pub, restaurant and boutique hotel located in a historic building in Bishopsgate in the heart of London city. The design team work closely with the new owners to redesigned all areas to produce a ground floor traditional pub with a modern twist, an elegant first floor restaurant, bar and private dining area and seven stylish bedrooms on the second floor.
